Pale Salmon in color, our Blanc de Noirs has aromas of berry and pear, complimented by a rich, round mouth feel on the palate. It finishes with a layer of cream and pleasant, warm toastiness. Incredibly versatile with all styles of food!

A beautiful garnet in color, this Rosé has a number of aromatics from simple floral notes to mouthwatering strawberry all while maintaining a zesty acidity and delicate finish.

2018 Chardonnay
Delicate lemon yellow, this Chardonnay is crisp and sharp with profound minerality. It opens with notes of honeydew melon and lemon. The palate shows layers of rich pear, honeysuckle, and pineapple and finishes with balanced acidity. 

2018 Pinot Noir
Beautiful garnet velvet color with aromatic notes of cassis and Bing cherry. Red berries and dark cherry on the palate with notes of cassis, licorice and a touch of oak, lead to a very round and smooth finish.  

2017 Reserve Red Blend
Big, rich with a hint of spice, this wine has aromas of ripe red berry fruit with notes of cassis and black pepper. On the palate flavors of ripe black currant and dark berry fruit lead to a long, lingering finish.

NV Sparkling Pinot Meunier
Notes of red berries, fig and honeysuckle on the nose, this special sparkler offers bright raspberry, wild honey and fresh apricot on the palate with hints of toasted pastry and balanced minerality on the delightfully long finish. 

2014 Cuvée Danielle Grand Rosé
Notes of vine ripened raspberries and strawberries with a hint of fresh baked bread.

2015 Gilbert Grande Reserve
Notes of dried apricot on the nose with a hint of brioche and toasted almond lead to a long creamy, rich, round mouthfeel on the palate with notes of citrus and minerality.

A.G. Perino Vermouth Dry Vermouth
This vermouth leads with notes of citrus zest, followed by flavors of bay leaf, lemon, grass, cucumber, lanolin, grapefruit pith, and white pepper. Enjoy on the rocks with a lemon twist or mixed into cocktail. 

A.G. Perino Sweet Vermouth
Caramel in color, this vermouth leads with woodsy notes of balsam and clove and follows with warm flavors of walnut husk, vanilla, honey, and Ceylon cinnamon. Enjoy on the rocks with an orange peel garnish or mixed into a cocktail.
