Each year, winemaker Laurent Gruet selects the very finest barrels of Pinot Noir to bottle unfiltered. The result is a wine of great depth and structure, with intense aromas and flavors of black cherry and compelling smoky, earthy notes, with a hint of vanilla. Less than 250 cases produced.
